Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend starting with Fundamentals Reformer.

This class is designed for complete beginners or those with limited experience. We’ll introduce you to the reformer, teach the basics, and help you build confidence with the machine in a supportive environment.

  • Fundamentals Reformer is our beginner-focused class where you’ll learn how the reformer works, basic movements, and proper technique at a steady pace.

  • If you have previous reformer experience and feel confident on the machine, you’re welcome to join. If not, we recommend starting with Fundamentals first.
